Cuéllar looking likely

Carlos Cuéllar’s move from Rangers to Villa is now looking very likely, as the teams today agreed a fee for the Spanish defender.
Cuéllar yesterday informed Rangers that he wished to leave and that he was interested in playing ‘for Aston Villa’ in the ‘biggest league in the world’. The clubs have now agreed a fee so next up is for the player to agree terms with Villa and hopefully then the deal will be completed.
Carlos Cuéllar is a great addition to our solidifying defensive ranks. Giving us a fourth option in the centre of defence, along with Martin Laursen, Curtis Davies and Zat Knight.
